Re: Timelapse Videos July 2009

I take it from the gradient that the Firth is on the left.
You got early morning seafog pushing under the airflow then.

And my guess is that you got a small front mid-afternoon with a minor shower.

...........................

Good idea to do that recording.
The timelapse rate was about optimum.
Picture quality acceptable.

..........................

Had I more time, I would try doing that, and give a quick summary analysis of the day, with reference to the weather charts.

Re: Timelapse Videos July 2009

Thanks Philip

The River Forth is indeed to the left but is some 5 miles away from me and it does influence the weather in the area a lot.

The timelapse was taken by my webcam. The webcam was set to capture images every 30 seconds and at the end of the day I created the movie from some 2500 images (or thereabouts).

Thanks for your comments.

Re: Timelapse Videos July 2009

Nice video. I like the partially hidden convection towards the end of the film.
