Re: Thunderstorm Reports 10th May 2008

It has gotten really uncomfortable in Greenlaw, Scottish Borders..

Noticed that while it feels like it's getting hotter - the temperature is actually dropping, however StrikeDisplay (nowcast.co.uk) shows a "thundery area" approaching us - and one already seems to have passed us.

Blitzortung seems to be showing random lightning across the country...

Heres hoping

Keep an eye on Greenlaw Weather (made for mobile phones)

Re: Thunderstorm Reports 10th May 2008

It's got dark, we said goodbye to the sun!!

Temperature is dropping a bit, and there is a breeze that has started up - but it's not a "cool" one...

It feels very close, and StrikeDisplay says we are in the middle of two "Thundery Area"s

Waiting for the few heavy drops of rain that tend to signal a storm...

Lights have dipped a couple of times...

I think it might just miss us - but i'm hoping...
