| Re: Thunderstorm Reports 9th May 2008 Sorry to double post: Lightning now frequency of bout 10/min still no rain. its still partly cloudy here, most strikes I see are from behind the mountain, but occasionaly sprout above it. Very humid @ 19.4 SE wales valleys report.

| Re: Thunderstorm Reports 9th May 2008 Been out to the local patch for the past 3 hours and been treated to some spectacular 'summer lightning' displays. The lightning was too far away to be effective on camera so i recorded around 50 mins of it on the cam corder. Ill try and get it edited a bit for the best bits as i seen my own shadow off some of the flashes! I can still see distant lightning even now. Mainly to the west but some to the south.
