Looking at another forum there have been some reports of Storms in the Merseyside area of England already this morning.

Rude awakening this morning at about 8am, Thunder and torrential downpours lasting roughly an hour. Muggy and humid now.

A mix on the detectors currently, seesm to be a cell just to the West on the Coast of North West Wales.

Blitzortung going for some strikes over central wales where this actually some quite Heavy rain currently.

Telford, Shropshire 09:00

Thunderstorm travelling from north to south,around five intercloud strikes, two forked bolts directly west, heavy rain for a time
