Valid from/until: 16:10 - 04:00BST on Monday/Tuesday 18th/19th August 2008 for the following regions:

Wales
Northwest England
Isle of Man

THREATS:
Isolated tornadoes, gusts to 55mph, torrential rain, occasional CG lightning.

SYNOPSIS:
Occlusion moving NE is turning convective. Decent 0-1km shear brings the risk of a couple of tornadoes. Post-front, the vertically-stacked low will move slowly ENE overnight, with further bands of showers/perhaps thunderstorms rotating around it. 0-1km shear will remain favourable for a couple more tornadoes.
