Dawn: A Touch of Frost, and a Very Light Mist. All Day: A Standard Polar Air Day. That is: Calm at Groundlevel, Pastel Blue Sky. Clearer in the Morning, but High Tenuous Condensation Forming from Midday, Tending to Clear in the Evening.
