| Paypal Glitch Paypal are working on it, but in the meantime double check that when you checkout the address is the correct one. We bought something last week and noticed after checkout that it was using our 3 year old previous address and emailed the seller immediately. Sadly he didn't look at the email and sent it to the old address so we're £25 out of pocket (thankfully it wasn't anything expensive!). One one forum one guy's lost over £300 worth of goods! Getting a refund is fun as it's not technically the seller's or the buyer's fault (although he should have read his emails) and paypal are impossible to get hold of (so far been 30 minutes on hold after the automated system cut us off twice...). |

| Re: Paypal Glitch Paypal usually side with the buyer,so you may be alright. But if its paypals fault then they should retify the problem of missing goods and re-emburse you.

| Re: Paypal Glitch They should do - they've admitted that it's a problem on their blog site, The PayPal Blog , but you can't get hold of them on the phone number their link points to. We'll just file a claim via the site and see what happens... |
