A few months back you all explained to me how to put pics up for viewing, for which I am grateful

You said to use "photobucket", but I notice now that you say to use "imageshack"?

forgive my lack of "techie stuff", but does this mean if I use "photobucket" the pics wont work on the forum? and will I have to change to this new image thingy?

Hi Technoduffer Shardy,

You can still use photobucket if you really need to, but try to keep the images small. The advantage of imageshack is that it allows the use of thumbnails in the post and thus speeds up loading for those on dialup or mobile access (when chasing). The viewer can then decide whether to click on the thumbnail to see the image at full size. Its on this basis that we decided to recommend that change.

Of course we can guide you through if needed.

I always use TinyPic - Free Image Hosting, Photo Sharing & Video Hosting,

Easy, Fast and free.

Plus you can add effects to it too!
