| Re: Total Lunar Eclipse 21st Feb 2008 i think the clear skies atm give false hope. Its going to get cloudy. I have to admit its nice to see some clear sky as it has been misty with a lot of low cloud today, moreso than yesterday. I reckon patchy cloud will hamper my view of the eclipse later on tonight - we shall see. ANyone staying up? (or sleeping earlier and getting up later)

| Re: Total Lunar Eclipse 21st Feb 2008 You should be playing with the settings now Dolly. You need to increase the shutter speed to a minimun of 250ths of a second the the moon shouldn't burn out so much. You should see some of the eclipse from 12.30 am onwards

| Re: Total Lunar Eclipse 21st Feb 2008 Sorry I don't know your camera but I've found where you can download the manual. Panasonic UK Download Centre for Manuals, Software and Drivers Do a search on the DMC-FX12K

| Re: Total Lunar Eclipse 21st Feb 2008 Earlier mist has cleared more now to partly cloudy which is a bit better for viewing the moon now. It can be seen clearly more at times.
