Post Cannock Weather Station

After messing around for the past few weeks I am now ready to inflict my humble attempts at a weather website on everyone, and the url is

Cannock Weather

I still have further development on the site planned, namely to get a webcam image on the home page, together with a current weather forecast. I may need some advice on this but will ask in the relevant section of the forum. Also I plan to expand the local Cannock info and to add a few more links.

I am still testing various positions for the temp/hum sensor and will probably end up with a summer position at the front of the house (north facing) and a winter one at the rear. I also need to improve the anemometer which is currently subject to bounces from nearby roofs, but I will never be able to get above the neighbours huge tree!

Live data is currently being uploaded from my Notebook and I hope to keep it live 24/7.

Best wishes

Dave

Re: Cannock Weather Station: New url

Hi all,
Cannock Weather has a new url and can now be found at Cannock Weather

As before I will try to keep the weather data live as much as possible, except for the camera which runs on a different machine that is not always turned on.
