no one seemingly can do their jobs these days ?? - my recycling which our council purports to be so keen on - has not been collected for 5 weeks - and nor has the neighbors - so it is piling up outside in wheelie bins - black bags etc

i have rung them and been promised action within 36 hours - yea right

e-mailed them and been PROMISED it would be collected - yea right

and emailed them again and threatened to stage a protest out side the council...
