question : have any of you got a few spare brain cells you could donate to Plymouth city council employees ?? as it is obvious the office one is in need of replacement

you will remember my last rant re rubbish collection - well a nice chap phoned me yesterday - apologised for the non collection and assured me it would be done today - true to his word much banging and clattering early this morning - but only half a job done - the 2 bags ( council regulation issue - clearly...
