Expanding the forum - Junior Staff required.

Its silly season atm, so its more and more difficult for me to get quality time on the forum looking for weather related information and topics, as well as answering the various enquiries the forum gets.

As a result I've taken the decision to open up some junior staff posts. This will hopefully promote a sense of belonging and encourage people to take on the responsibility of providing the forum with fresh topics on a regular (if not daily) basis. There are of course, several areas to cover and each area can be covered by more than one person.

UK Editors: Required to research UK weather related topics, stories, events and reports, forecasts and outlooks.

International Editors: Required to research International severe weather related topics, stories, events and reports, forecasts and outlooks, including Atlantic and Pacific storms.

European Editors: Required to research european severe weather related topics, stories, events and reports, forecasts and outlooks. Markie already posts a daily forecast, but this needs to be expanded upon, to include the above.

Space Editors: Required to research topical astronomical stories, events and reports, including planets, meteors, comets and aurora activity specifically for the UK and northern europe.

Wildlife Editors: Required to research UK wildlife and nature related topics, stories, events and reports.

I realise that some people have already expressed a desire and a willingness to help out, if you are one of those, please can you confirm which section/sections you would be willing to assist with, either by reply or by PM.

As always, the forum is only ever going to be as good as the posts its members submit, so even if you feel you cannot commit to formally taking on an editorial role, then please please consider having a look around at relevant events in and around the country and posting your comments or thoughts.
