Re: Thunderstorm Discussion 23rd - 29th August 2008

I have been reading through a couple of other forums (not mentioning which) and have noticed a varying view on this topic.

Some reckon (and go along the same lines of my forecast above) that storms will develop over BoB/W France, then move NEwards towards the UK during Sunday (from midnight).

What was more interesting was some think that storms will develop in the West Midlands and head to Lincolnshire during the afternoon
I cannot find anywhere chart-wise that suggests that, but as soon as one person says it they all believe it (i suppose that might be suggested with my post too lol).
Even the Met Office have restricted Tstorm symbols for the east/southeast.

It makes me wonder...
