Sort of things wanted:
How much rain to cause local flooding ?
If it's winter AND low (but not freezing ?) temp AND forecast is rain - is that sleet ?
If its May AND evening AND temp <5 AND forecast clear - is that a frost warning for gardeners ?
If Summer AND wind from (direction) AND temp certain value - rain ?
and so on ....

ok
Here in Falkirk these results indicate the following:
Flooding potential I've already stated!
Winter and low: 0C-2C with forecast of rain would result in sleet but also the elevation of the location has to be taken into consideration. SWeather sits at 660' so therefore snow or sleet is more likely than at sea level.
May and Cool evening temp - Chance of frost ... also wind speed needed as frost more likely when calm also elevation has to be taken into consideration also. Sea Level may or may not be colder than 660' here at SWeather.
Forecast : for Falkirk...... Wind N, NE, E and occassionally SE..... cooler weather expected but mostly dry. Wind W, SW... chance of rain but warmer. EXCEPT (FALKIRK ONLY)..... Winter where N,NW,W,SW, S..... Falkirk unlikely to see snow event however if wind is NE,E or SE major snow event possible.
Outlook FAIR, Temp<2, humidity>60% (guess) would this equal Freezing Fog likely ?
This is what I can think of at moment!
Cheers
