Weather News: Cooler, risk of Thundery rain in Central and Southern Areas. Still warm in the Sunshine.

Thursday 15th May 2008:
NEW:
England & Wales: After a long spell of alot of warmth, its is about to be washed away in front of our eyes though temperatures should keep remaining above 60f except in Southern Areas tomorrow where above 15c may be a bit of a struggle though in the Midlands it should stay in the 60's farenheit. Though it shouldnt be too long before the Warm and Hot weather makes a comeback! Anyway, tomorrow will be mixed. For the North Midlands, North Wales and Northwards it should be a fine day for most of the time with sunny intervals except low cloud nagging the North Sea coasts once again making it feel cool. For the rest of the Midlands, Wales and Central Southern England, Rain will affect many and in quite a few places this could be heavy and even thundery though this is uncertain at this stage though ive out the Thunder icon for the Midlands and Wales just incase. During the main part of the day the rain shouldnt get much further or not past about Stafford though may move past their a bit into the evening. Some quite high rainfall totals are possible and some flooding is possible. A Level 3 watch from me may be issued later on though this will be considered. Winds will be moderate from the North East. Max temps 18c (64f) most likely in the Midlands.

Scotland & Ireland (Inc N Ireland): For Ireland and Northern Ireland it should be a great day with Sunny spells with perhaps just some cloud affecting the coast and the very isolated risk of a shower. Alot of Scotland will be quite cloudy especially towards the East but the West of Scotland should have some Sunny intervals though it wont be as warm as recently. There is a risk of a shower later too but this is Isolated. Winds will be Light with variable directions across Scotland and Ireland. Max temp 18c (64f) in Ireland.

NEW:Weather Risks:
Thunderstorms: 35%
Temperature above 25c: 0% in Central and Southern England
